There is always something about the arrival of a new year that leaves us wanting to start anew. Whether you’re looking for a fresh start, or you are looking for an excuse to get involved in something you’ve always wanted to try – the 1^st of January has us all prepared to leave the bad times in the previous year and make the most of the new one ahead.

We think it’s fair to say that 2020 has thrown its fair share of curve balls our way. At points, I sometimes look back to December 31st and remember the clock striking twelve as we welcomed in the new year filled with excitement and anticipation.

In all honesty, if I could rewind the clock now, I think I would’ve just taken the opportunity to get an early night instead!

It really does seem like there has been one too many hurdles in the way of achieving everything we’d dreamed to over the past few months.

If you’re feeling the same as us, try not to fret. With the end of the year in sight you are more than welcome to join us in leaving all the uncertain thoughts and bad energy in 2020 and welcome a new start with open arms.

One great way to begin the new year on a high is to consider working towards a career change. Although it can seem like a big step, especially if you are comfortable in your 9-5, so many of us put up with the stress and unhappiness our daily job can bring in favour of the fear that comes with starting something new.

We want to tell you that this really doesn’t have to be difficult!
