I’m Kiera-louise, Founder & CEO of KLMA Academy.
I’m a Professional Makeup Artist, Educator & Serial Entrepreneur. I am Unapologetically ambitious and aim to pave the way for myself and other women to rise.
Freedom is my number one value. I love all things woo-woo, expanding my horizons, and hopping on a flight to just about anywhere (Typical Sag)
But the thing I love above all else is teaching people like you how to create their dream career and live an abundant & limitless life.
Makeup and business is my technical background.
The Self development side of my biz is my souls work, my contract, and combining all three together is my mission.
I coach (mainly) women, who were where I once was.
My superpower is helping women become the best version of themselves while pursuing the kind of life and career they actually want....
You see, just like you, I was once a beginner on this journey and despite what you may see now, things didn’t come super easily to me.
(Yup, I may have a multi-award winning business and be invited to share my knowledge on stages and global events … but it wasn’t always that way)
I know EXACTLY what it’s like to be where you are right now.
I know what its like to have a job you hate and to feel frustrated every time you’re at work.
To be reading all the books, watching all the tutorials, buying all the products, and doing exactly as you’re told by what the latest beauty guru tells you…

Honestly, I used to THINK I was doing all the right things, and KNOW something wasn’t quite right, because I was getting all the wrong results.
And because I’ve learnt the hard way, it means you don’t have to.
